A Space to Fully Be Yourself

Individual and Couples Therapy

IMG_20250724_193958_437.webp

Hi, I'm Kimberly.

I'm drawn to this work because I'm deeply interested in the stories we carry with us, how they shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the choices we make. Therapy can be a place to understand those stories, make sense of where they began, and begin shaping what comes next. My style is warm, collaborative, and conversational, with the therapeutic relationship and genuine human connection at the heart of the work. I also bring an appreciation for therapy from both sides of the room, which continues to shape the therapist I strive to be.

Areas of Focus

LGBTQ+ Affirming

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, this work is especially meaningful to me. Identity, relationships, family dynamics, and self-acceptance can all be deeply personal. I offer an affirming space to explore these experiences and the ways they may shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and your connection with others.

ADHD

Living with ADHD can affect much more than attention or organization. Together, we can explore how ADHD has shaped your inner voice, challenge feelings of not doing or being enough, and recognize the strengths and individuality that come with the way your mind works.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can affect the way you think, feel, relate to others, and move through everyday life. I help clients explore the patterns and experiences contributing to these feelings while building greater self-awareness and healthier ways of responding to worry, sadness, stress and feeling overwhelmed.

Women's Issues

Different stages of life can bring changes in relationships, identity, roles, self-esteem, aging, and midlife transitions. I offer a supportive space to explore these experiences, navigate change, and make choices that feel authentic to who you are.

Relationship Issues

Relationships can bring up patterns around communication, conflict, trust, boundaries, and emotional connection. Together, we can better understand these patterns and work toward healthier, more meaningful ways of relating to others.

Trauma

Past experiences can continue to influence thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the way you see yourself long after the experience itself. My approach focuses on understanding those effects with compassion while helping you develop a greater sense of safety, self-understanding, and a more nurturing relationship with yourself.
